Welcome to the Earls Colne Parish Council

Website & Village Hall User Survey

Earls Colne Parish Council is committed to providing services that are accessible, informative and easy to use. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we are reviewing both the Parish Council website and the Village Hall booking experience.

We are inviting residents, local organisations, businesses and Village Hall users to share their views. Whether you regularly use our website, book the Village Hall, or have never used either service, your feedback is important to us.

Your responses will help us:

Understand what is working well.

Identify areas where improvements can be made.

Prioritise future enhancements to the website.

Improve the Village Hall booking experience.

Help inform future investment in community facilities and digital services.

The survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and is available for comments until 31st August 2026.
